To whom it may concern at BOLTZ

Today I called your main number to inquire about my order in order to find out when it was scheduled to be shipped. Your customer representative by the name of "Heather" (I hope that I am spelling her name correctly), explained to me that the unit that I ordered was under production, and should be shipped sometime by the end of this month.

I mentioned to Heather that I had ordered online 3 years ago from BOLTZ a CD600 rack, but it was not sure of the color. I proceeded to explain that I recently ordered online in February of this year a DVD tower MM252 from BOLTZ in Anthracite color, thinking that it was the same color as the CD600 unit that I ordered online 3 years ago, but after I open the box for assembly, I realized that it was not the same color.Totally my fault. I assembled the DVD unit and placed on my living room, as part of the setup for my Home theater (assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow).

I told Heather that since I realized my mistake in the color of the MM252, that for my order I made an order with "IRON" color, because it looked closer to my original color from the CD600 unit. Heather was kind and patient enough to walk me trough and show me the old color samples on your site under "useful links", and help me realize that my order from 3 years ago was the "GRANITE" color. She explained that unfortunately, BOLTZ no longer carries GRANITE as a color, and after some helpful hints from her, I decided to continue my order in IRON, because it was going to be the closest that I as going to get to the no longer available GRANITE and try to stay close to te CD600 unit. I was not compelled to match the Anthracite color from the DVD unit, because of the other dark pieces furniture that are in the living room.

Therefore I confirmed to Heather that I was going to continue with IRON for my order. At that point, I felt satisfied and thanked Heather for her help and ended the call.

To my surprise, after 15 minutes she called me back, and explained that she inquired with people in the production line, and they found some old stock of GRANITE coloring/paint, and that if wished so, I could have my order in "GRANITE" as an exception. I was extremely happy and agreed right away with the change of colors on my order from IRON to GRANITE.

But what really made me feel happy was the fact that Heather went beyond her normal duties, and found out the possibility for this change to occur, and in the process made me feel really good about being a customer of BOLTZ. What a nice example of GOOD AMERICAN STYLE TRULY PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I work in the service industry, as an AVP in International Private Banking, and sometimes it is hard for me to find my own colleagues being willing to go the extra mile for our customers, like Heather did.

P.S. I will be ordering after the order arrives, the LP Shelves and also the Smaller CD tower from BOLTZ, and continue to tell my friends who like your product when they see it on my house, to go to the website of BOLTZ with a Z.

I just wanted to say thanks for your excellent customer service. You folks went the extra mile to resolve a problem with my LP shelving order , and make sure I was a satisfied customer. I'm glad I chose Boltz for my audio furniture (and side table) needs.

This is the third expansion I've ordered to date. Just like the previous ones, everything arrived in great shape and attached flawlessly

I inspected the product after it arrived at my office and found it to be really high quality, great design , and just like the web site photos depicted it to be. I had high expectations, and they were met and more.This is a great product and the ordering and shipping, and time factor couldn't have been easier or more perfect.

Everyone at Boltz should be very proud of their work. The file cabinet and bookcase were my first purchases from Boltz but I hope they are not my last. The file cabinet is a work of art and is far more beautiful than the images on the web. I actually enjoyed assembling the bookcase and it has surpassed my expectations. The craftsmanship of both pieces is impeccable.

The order was delivered yesterday, it's built and full of CDs already!

As far as the product is concerned - I have a number of other racks, some of them prettier, but I'm very impressed with the Boltz - simple, functional design that does the job and it's well finished too. I was particulrly pleased to find that the box contained not only all of the parts but a few spares and a spanner too. You've no idea what an impression that has on someone from the UK where parts are usually missing and you never have the right tool to build the thing!

Buying experience and service also faultless .

I've no doubt be back for the next one.

Hi!

I received the product on Saturday and installed it that day. It works great! I got an add-on to my CD-600, and I didn't even have to take everything down to put it up. Instructions were great, too!

I am totally happy with my purchase. The rack was well-packed and complete, and the system for adding onto my existing rack is ingenious. The end result looks great and should hold my expanding disc collection for several years.

I am very pleased with my new bed. I've wanted this bed for several years; however, as I was living in Europe in the time (and didn't know when I'd be returning to the States), it wasn't practical. When I returned a few months ago, I really wanted it; however, as I was going to graduate business school, I thought I'd better hold off on the purchase. During your sale, though, I jumped on the chance. I'm even more pleased than I anticipated--it's a fabulous product, as is the big 600-CD rack I bought at Tower Records in Austin about 6 years ago!

I'm looking forward to getting out of school and completely furnishing my new place with Boltz furniture!
