| Once your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a
notification of shipping via the e-mail address you provided
during checkout. If you do not have e-mail access, feel free to
contact Customer Service ( 877.804.7650 ) for order/shipping
status details. Most orders will ship in one of 3 ways (see
product details for more information):
- 1. Ground Shipping. Usually spends 3 - 7 business days
in transit.
- 2. LTL Shipping. This delivery option is for larger
and/or assembled items, and is curbside
only. Normal transit time is 3-5 days. You will be required
to help unload the order from the truck, and then be
responsible for moving your order into your home, assembly
(if necessary), setup and disposal of packaging.
- 3. White Glove Delivery ( WGD ) Upgrade option.
Available on shipments to all Continental US & most Canadian
orders. White Glove Delivery means the order will be
delivered, assembled if necessary, and set up in any room
you designate. The packaging will then be removed for you.
To add this shipping upgrade to your order, select the White
Glove Delivery checkbox in the shopping cart. The cost is a
flat $150 which covers all the items in your cart. Transit
time is usually 2 - 3 weeks.
If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has
shipped, you may be responsible for paying the outgoing and
return shipping on portions of, or the entire order.
Customers requiring overnight or 2-day guaranteed delivery
should call Customer Service (877.804.7650) for a quote. Due to
the size and weight of our steel products, air freight is
considerably more expensive than ground service.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Boltz
purchase within two weeks of receipt, contact us at 877.804.7650
or sales@boltz.com . Your
product may qualify to be returned for a full refund. Return
shipping charges may apply.
When your order arrives, please maintain the original packing
materials and shipping boxes until you have inspected all items.
Original packaging is required for all product returns. To
schedule a return contact customer service at 877.804.7650 to
get return authorization from Boltz. We will schedule the return
pick up of your order. All returns must be preauthorized
by Boltz. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
