We really loved these impressive file cabinets from Steelcase, a world-renowned office furniture company, so we gave them a try. Although they are extremely well made and very attractive, our staff (and selected premier customers) voted to maintain our exclusive offering of the HON file cabinet line, which we've been selling for the past 3 years. There are no functional differences, only the finish aesthetic. The Steelcase Sterling Metallic is a beautiful (and consistent) medium gray metallic finish, which is very similar to our Anthracite Metallic. The raw steel HON finish shown our our website has more color "deviations", and is more consistent with our unique Brushed Steel finish.
Other product highlights of these mobile pedestal cabinets are similar: two drawers for organization and one drawer for hanging files; a pencil/pen organizer in the top drawer and dividers in every drawer; and, a locking feature, of course.
